About the number 1 issue we didn’t got your point properly. Can you please share us some screenshots of those events so that we can have an understanding of what you’re saying.

And about the number 2 issue basically it’s not like that! All the anchor link are tagged within one simple css. Or you can do is assign a class name to that anchor link & style it your way. Or if you’re using any visual editor to show the anchor link then just simply use the text color to make it your preferred one. Let us know if this helps you or not.

And about the refund I’m sorry to say but there’s no policy like this one. If the theme has got any issue & we’re not able to fix it only then we’ll be able to refund you, otherwise there’s no scope for that. Hopefully the link will help you fix your criteria.

The theme has no such feature for image preview & we didn’t showcase anything that the image or file upload will show a preview, so I think it’s not against any rules or it’s not that the theme is not working for that. I think if you want to show preview of the image you may want to customize it so that it shows preview when choosing. You can use several library which are open source. By the way it’d be a nice feature to have though we’ll try to add this feature in near future.

What we can do to help you is you can purchase the WordPress version & send us the purchase code so that we can ensure & after that we’ll refund for the HTML version. It’s not our fault that you purchased the HTML version in first hand. And after that if you need to convert it to WordPress theme then it’s all upto you. We don’t provide support for converting the HTML to WordPress and it’s not in the rule or policy. You can check the refund policy of themeforest. If you dispute you’ll never get the refund as we don’t have any issue or bug with the HTML version instead it’s you who’s not able to integrate it to WordPress. For WordPress you’ve to build the theme from scratch if you want or you can purchase the developed theme from themeforest. Now it’s totally upto you what you want to do. We provide the choice to you that we can do.

Go to their description & you’ll notice they’ve tutorial on how you can create a trigger to do this. If you want conditional statement then you’ve to add their custom addon listed on the description. Please go to the link & read the plugin description by which you’ll be able to create your email template.
