• Book This room is not working in the Room single page.

    Hi Team,

    Currently, we have set up the theme on staging/testing server. The Book this room button is not working on the single room page.

    In the Theme preview and demo, it’s working. May I know what’s the issue for this?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for purchasing our product. After you submit the url I went & try to order a room & it seems the book this room button is working perfectly. Don’t know why it’s not working on your end. Can you please check whether your browser has any addons or something which is blocking the popup to load? Check the screenshots given below:

    It’s working now, the issue was, it’s not enabled form the admin panel.

    We are facing one more issue. We want to integrate the CCAvenue Payment gateway during checkout.
    Is there any plugin available which is compatible with this theme and work smoothly.

    Hi there,

    We’ve used WP Hotel Booking plugin for the hotel booking system. I think they’ve addon system for different payment methods. Check on their plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-hotel-booking/

    They might have the solution to what you’re looking for as they’re the developer of the plugin. We just integrated the plugin with our theme to have a flawless booking service.
