Playbit Menu Background colour
stratopackParticipantHey there. I had two issues what I’m searching for.
1. Menu Background color
Especially on mobile devices the menu background color for me is important, because it’s not good readable. I’ve tried to fix it with a span style in the single menu items. That worked, but now the span style is always shown in the description, if you stay with the mouse pointer for longer on a menu tag. that looks not professional.2. I tried to add text and Icons on the contact page. Always when I try to enter the telephone number in international format (+49 (0) 1234-1234567) the text color changes to black. Only the form with zero followed by numbers directly, worked with different colors. What did i do wrong, or where was my mistake?

About the number 1 issue we didn’t got your point properly. Can you please share us some screenshots of those events so that we can have an understanding of what you’re saying.
And about the number 2 issue basically it’s not like that! All the anchor link are tagged within one simple css. Or you can do is assign a class name to that anchor link & style it your way. Or if you’re using any visual editor to show the anchor link then just simply use the text color to make it your preferred one. Let us know if this helps you or not.

stratopackParticipantHey thanks for your answer, would like to send screenshots, but its not possible within this contact field, right? Is there an email to send it?
try to explain again.
In the playbit theme there is a design button for “secondary menu color”. I wanted to change the main menu background color, too. Because on mobile devices, the menu items are not good readable. didn’t find the point to do that. So i’ve tried a little trick. (hope the descriptions are named properly, cause i have a german WordPress, with german field names)
I went to the menu editor. And in every menu – i filled in not only the shown menu name, i filled in something like that. “span style=”background-color:white; padding:5px;”>Home</span”. that works on mobile devices (look at http://www.rioband-olpe.de), but on the mac – if the mouse pointer stays for a few second on the menu items – the whole span text appears. that of course, doesn’t look professional. I think there is a different way to solve that, but I didn’t find it yet. Hope that clarifies it a little.2. Issue.
http://www.rioband-olpe.de/contactI filled in the text (address and tel number) like you see it on the page.
the tel number is written like this “01234 1234567″
whenever i try to do it without ” ” it turns black on mobile devices.
Same if i do it like +49 (0) 1234 1234567 or 01234-1234567. Text color is white. on Mac or pc everything is fine, on mobile device the phone number turns black?hope the description is better now.. 😉
stratopackParticipantFOUND IT !
Don’t want to waste your time, i’ve found it.Color of the telephone number was the link color.
The rest is solved with css code
Thanks
