How to solve the problem? I create a user with the rights of an editor or SEO editor, but the system does not allow the admin panel to be left on the site. What to do?12 Replies
Didn’t got your point properly. I don’t think it’s a theme issue. You must have a plugin which is restricting your users to enter the dashboard. Check which plugin is creating the conflict. Try deactivating plugin one by one & check which one is causing the issues.
Hopefully this will help you figure out what is causing you the issue.
Hello. Unfortunately, we have no solution to the problem. In addition, as an administrator, there is no way to enter the console.
We disabled all third-party plugins, this did not help.
We even bought a plug-in package Theme My Login (we spent $ 50 and we don’t know why in the end, because we didn’t solve the problem), it didn’t help.
What to do so that our specialists can get into the wordpress console?
Don’t know whats causing the issue? Your developer must have done something wrong for which you’re unable to access the dashboard. Anyway to investigate this we need your hosting access along with WordPress dashboard Administrator access so that we can have a look at what’s going on with your site. Why we need hosting access? Well we need to debug the code for which we need hosting access. You can send us the access in private comment that’ll be all so that no one accepts us can see this. Let us know.
I want to add to the above said message. We disabled all third-party plugins, but this did not help. All the time, other technical specialists had a redirect. Then we bought your application “Theme My Login”, but the kit didn’t help either (we were disappointed).
Now I’ve got the idea about your issue. Basically we offered administrator only to visit the site as we block other roles to enter into the dashboard. In that case what you can do is disable that code snippet to enter into the site. Can you please provide a ftp access to your site so that we can disable that role redirection to frontpage from admins to other roles also. We can make it redirect only for customers or suppliers according to your needs. Let me know if you can provide the access or not.
Can you please check whether you’re able to login to dashboard or not. I’ve closed the redirect option & bind it to only individual & dealer user roles. So hopefully it will work now. Let me know once you’ve tested it out.
Yes, thank you!
Everything is fine, the problem is solved!
Great to hear that 🙂
If it’s ok don’t forget to rate us 5* on themeforest if possible. It means a lot to us.
