Didn’t got your point properly. I don’t think it’s a theme issue. You must have a plugin which is restricting your users to enter the dashboard. Check which plugin is creating the conflict. Try deactivating plugin one by one & check which one is causing the issues.

Hopefully this will help you figure out what is causing you the issue.

Anyway to investigate this we need your hosting access along with WordPress dashboard Administrator access so that we can have a look at what’s going on with your site. Why we need hosting access? Now I’ve got the idea about your issue. Basically we offered administrator only to visit the site as we block other roles to enter into the dashboard. In that case what you can do is disable that code snippet to enter into the site. Can you please provide a ftp access to your site so that we can disable that role redirection to frontpage from admins to other roles also. We can make it redirect only for customers or suppliers according to your needs. Let me know if you can provide the access or not.

Can you please check whether you’re able to login to dashboard or not. I’ve closed the redirect option & bind it to only individual & dealer user roles. So hopefully it will work now. Let me know once you’ve tested it out.
