First of all the purchase code that you’ve provided doesn’t match our database so it seems you didn’t purchased it from themeforest. If you purchased please check if the code is valid or not. Also we didn’t add revolution slider in chariton theme. If you go to themeforest you’ll notice that we didn’t mention anything regarding the slider:

It seems that you’re using an old version of the theme. Can you try to use the latest version of the theme. Also it seems I’ve seen that all the required plugins are installed & your site is running perfectly. I can’t see any fatal error while it’s activated right now. We’ve 2.6 version running for teriz theme you can check the changelog from there: https://docs.themeregion.com/teriz/#changelog

Try to get the latest version which will reduce such fatal error issues as we’ve updated the theme along with core plugins to match with the latest version of PHP. Hopefully updating will resolve the issues.

I think there’s an issue with PHP version with the theme. Can you please tell us which PHP version you’re using. Basically we recommend to use PHP 7.1 or higher but it works above PHP 5.6 also. Can you please check your version & let us know? If it’s higher version of PHP then please provide a temporary admin access to your website so that we can have a look at what’s causing the issues.
