Sanwarul HoqueKeymasterApril 5, 2020 at 10:26 amYou’ve purchased the theme from themeforest isn’t it? Downlaod the theme again & you’ll have the latest version of the theme. After that upload it to your site that’s it.
Sanwarul HoqueKeymasterApril 5, 2020 at 10:20 amHi there,
It seems you’re using ecotree v1.1 & not using the latest version of the theme. Also it seems that your purchase code is invalid can you please check that. I’ve enabled the ecotree core plugin & it’s working though it’s from 6.3.4 which is the latest version of the theme. Please upgrade the theme so that it works perfectly with the latest changes of WordPress.

in reply to: Part of the theme does not change!Sanwarul HoqueKeymasterApril 1, 2020 at 5:04 pmYou can add it to custom css palate under theme option -> custom code panel. Or if you’re using a child theme you can paste this into your child theme style.css file also.

In your edit page you’ll have options to set these items. If you go to your edit page & scroll down you’ll find an option called “One Page Options” and from there you’ll be able to change the items. Check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rowfzc
in reply to: probleme editing pages, posts…etcSanwarul HoqueKeymasterMarch 29, 2020 at 6:10 pmHi there,
What actually causing this issue? So far we know our theme is working perfectly on any server. I think you must have installed a plugin by which it’s causing issues to you by not giving option to edit your pages or posts. Can you try deactivating all of the plugins accept theme required ones. After that you’re still having issues with using our theme then provide us a temporary admin access so that we can have a look at your site.

Sanwarul HoqueKeymasterMarch 29, 2020 at 3:08 pmI think you’ve modified header in a wrong manner. It seems you’ve used gtag directly into the header. We provided extra code generator so that you can use such analytics to put into custom code palate in theme option. Put your GTM code here: https://prnt.sc/ror0c4 and try to reinstall the theme I mean replace the header with default one & try again. Also I think some plugins might cause issues. Only keep the default plugins & try also. Hopefully that would fix your issue. I would suggest not to use the theme header instead use GTM plugin for WordPress.
Sanwarul HoqueKeymasterMarch 29, 2020 at 2:54 pmOk now we’ve got to see the issue. Can you please let us know what sort of customization you’ve made to the theme? Can you try roll back to default theme without changes & see whether the issue remains or not. If there’s no issue remains then it must be some changes done by you which is causing issue. If it’s still not working then please let us know. By the way as I’ve already told you that you’ve changed some view & css that may cause the issue as our demo is working perfectly on our side.

Sanwarul HoqueKeymasterMarch 29, 2020 at 2:37 pmHi there,
I tried from mobile all ads page & it’s working perfectly. Also tried the search from homepage which works perfectly on mobile also. Though I don’t know you might have done some customization for which I can see desktop version view on mobile also. Anyway the fact is that it’s working on my mobile. Can you please let me know exactly on where are you facing issues. I tried & it seems it’s working. Few screenshots of your issues would be perfect to understand.
