    Hello, whenever I install the ecotree-core plugin my wordpress gives me “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”. What should I do? I already upgraded the PHP version to 7.3. as per your request please find below access details

    Kindly check the pages also is not listed as on main website

    Hi there,

    It seems you’re using ecotree v1.1 & not using the latest version of the theme. Also it seems that your purchase code is invalid can you please check that. I’ve enabled the ecotree core plugin & it’s working though it’s from 6.3.4 which is the latest version of the theme. Please upgrade the theme so that it works perfectly with the latest changes of WordPress.

    You’ve purchased the theme from themeforest isn’t it? Downlaod the theme again & you’ll have the latest version of the theme. After that upload it to your site that’s it.
