It’s not a theme issue. It seems you’re using PHP 5.5.22 on your server which is lower version to run the updated WordPress. Please contact with your hosting provider to update the PHP version to latest so that you don’t have any issue regarding the update of WordPress. Hopefully you can understand what I’m trying to say.

I think it’s your server who’s causing such issues. If you can transfer the new single-playbit_album.php file to your child theme then it’d cause no issue from further on. I’ve fixed the issue as it was happening just because of your server. Also transfer the single-playbit_gallery.php file in to your child theme folder so that whenever a new update comes for the theme you don’t have to worry about the pagination & broken things. Just copy these 2 files to your child theme & that’d be all.

Can you please check where you are using PHP version 5.6 or higher? I think you are using a lower version for which the error is showing.

It’s working again please check. As you can see the demo is working perfectly don’t know why only your hosting is getting in issue otherwise it’s working perfectly on other sites or hosting. Anyway we’ve fixed it please check.

There’s no specific template for cart & checkout page. You have to use default page template.

Sorry for late reply. Can you please check whether you’re using php version 5.6 or higher. We recommend using the latest version of php which is 7.3 or 7.2 but you can also use php 5.6 which is the minimum version to run our theme. Please check that & take necessary steps.

If you check our live demo you’ll notice there are id’s in section & it works. Can you please provide a temporary admin access so that we can have a look at it? Before that did you install the demo data?

Thank you for contacting us, anyway it should work dani. I think any 3rd party plugin or something causing issue here. Can you please deactivate all the unnecessary plugins & check whether it’s working or not. In our live demo it’s working perfectly. Please check & let us know.
