Sorry that you’ve having such issues. But basically such thing happens because of lower version of PHP. Can you please check whether you PHP version is 5.6 or higher or not. If it’s below 5.6 then such issues will occur. Other than please provide us admin accesss to your site in a private comment.

Can you please provide a specific screenshot or something which is bothering you as we’re currently confused about your query. Which animation in slider you want to remove?

Well for that I would need your cPanel access to upgrade the theme. Please provide that in a private comment so that we can upgrade it for you. Also you can use the envato market plugin. I’ve installed the plugin in your site. What you need to do is authorize the plugin using your themeforest login & then you’ll be able to update the theme from your own dashboard easily. It seems the animation can be stopped & currently the animation is not working. Please select the default or “Select An Animation” option to disable. Currently it’s not working. Also try to upgrade the theme to it’s latest version.

Well thanks for reaching out to us. Anyway the way you want to do the buttons is not possible without hard coding. But what you can do is using css with background image property it can be possible. Or you can simply modify the one page template in your child theme & change the metabox options to set the button as you like. Hopefully this will help you.

Well you can disable the animation on slider by going to Teriz Slider -> All Slider -> Select your slider page & then at the very bottom choose the animation to be none. Check the screenshots

To remove or make it non-mandatory you need to modify the ads submit template in your child theme so that you can make it not required.
About the my ads tab we don’t have option for pages of my ads. It’ll load by default the profile page. If you want to make it your way you need to customize it by hiring someone who can do it. As you know we don’t offer support for custom work but we do give our best if our customers get issue with the theme. Hope you can understand.
Lastly I’ve enabled the customer registration. You can do it simply by going to settings->general and then enable or disable registration on your site. Check the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/m6ujb7

It seems everything is working fine. First of all remember to remove any ad blocker extension on your browser which actually prevents profile page to load. Secondly from there you can edit ads. I’ve tried with your given admin access & it worked properly. Please check again & also as I’ve recommended pause or remove any ad blocker app from your browser & ask your clients to do that too.

Did you import the demo properly? By importing the demo all the settings pages would have been created. If you didn’t import it then please provide us temporary admin panel so that we can set those pages for you.

Can you please let me know what do you want to do with the black button at the header which contains Contact Us link? If you want to remove it then it can be removed from theme option. Though I’ve checked it & it seems it’s not hiding the button. It seems it’s a bug from the theme & we’re going to fix it anyway in future update. Till then to make the site the way you want is to use a simple css to remove that button. I’ve added the css in custom code under theme option.
You’ll be notified from themeforest once the theme is updated with the fixed bug 🙂

Well you don’t need to update the trade pot file instead you can create language files from this pot file. If you create language file from the pot file like fr.mo french file then your site would load in french version & load all the theme strings in french. Hopefully this will help you.

It seems Contact Form 7 is not working because of some field. Can you please try to re-create the whole form & check out if it’s working or not.
Also about the responsive style I’ve shifted all of your styles child themes style.css & also wrote down the responsive style. Let me know if you’ve any other query.
