Well you can disable the animation on slider by going to Teriz Slider -> All Slider -> Select your slider page & then at the very bottom choose the animation to be none. Check the screenshots

I have tried this method, but when I update the save settings, the setting of this position changes back to the pulse state. I don’t quite understand why this is the case.

It seems the animation can be stopped & currently the animation is not working. Please select the default or “Select An Animation” option to disable. Currently it’s not working. Also try to upgrade the theme to it’s latest version.
