As you can see in our demo there’s no option to add biography for the team member. You need to customize if you need the biography. Or you can use any 3rd party plugin to achieve what you’re looking for.

Yes it’s normal. As the language file consists language strings from parent theme you need to modify the strings from parent theme. Hope this one help you.

First of all thank you for purchasing our product. Anyway about the first query donation page is not loading it’s happening because of the page permalink. Please try to reset the permalink in settings->permalink page & it’d work for sure. If not please provide a temporary admin access so that we can have a look at it.

Now about the donation system you can checkout the give plugin documentation about this one. If there’s no option to add surcharge on PayPal then you can add the extra amount in donations bar. Donation can be achieved in a different manner from individual donation settings. If you go to edit page of each donation you’ll have option how you want to get the donations by percentage basis or goal basis. Please check their documentation to learn about give plugin settings.

It seems the portfolio is working perfectly. The main reason it gave you 404 was you’ve updated the slug & didn’t flush the rules of permalink. After you save the permalink again it’d work & it’s working right now.
Hopefully you liked our theme while using & please do rate us on themeforest if possible.

It seems you didn’t set the page template to edit ads page for which it was loading blank or empty content. Please try again & check whether you’re able to do that or not.

It’s happening may be because the template is not set properly. Please set the edit ads template in the page & then set this page on theme option by which it should work. If it still not working please provide a temporary access admin access of course to your site in a private comment so that we can have a look at it.

You can edit ads easily from backend. The ad’s can be edited by it’s author & administrator only. Administrator can edit ads from backend & author can edit from my profile tab.

It seems your purchase code is not valid. Please provide the purchase code that you’ve got from themeforest so that we can validate your purchase & provide support.

Well for that you need to customize the view using css using media queries. As this is a support for customization request we’ll not be able to help you with this one but you can use css to make it look like the way you want. If you don’t know how to do it then I would suggest you to hire someone who can do this for you. Please read envato forums about supporting system. Hopefully you can understand.
