• Breadcrumb image background

    Hi,
    I’ve purchased your Teriz theme and I’m in the middle of customizing it. I’m having a issue with replacing the image on the top of the blog page. I went into Appearance-Teriz Options-Blog Settings and uploaded a new image but it’s not showing up for some reason.
    Please help.

    It shouldn’t be happening. Can you please update the theme to latest version & then check if it’s working or not. If it’s still not working please provide a temporary access to your WordPress dashboard so that we can have a look at the issue.

    I think somehow you didn’t provided me administrator account for which I’m unable to access the appearance -> theme options part of your site. Also can you please link the blog page as I can see there’s no blog page available in the site settings. Please let me know the details.

    Also we’ve updated our themes last week the version is 2.5.6 please try to update the theme also which will include latest security patches along with updated premium plugins & support for them.

    Can you try updating the theme to latest version if it’s working or not. Please let us know after upgrading to latest version of the theme.

    We’ve find out the issue. We’re going to push an update to TF with the patch. Our developer is working on this issue. Till then please wait so that we can release the new version with the patch.
