Our required image size is 250*50 dimension. Please try to load the image within that dimension so that the images look perfectly. Otherwise if you want I can modify the code to suit your needs.

Can you please provide a temporary admin access so that we can have a look at whats going on with your site? Also can you please confirm you’re using the latest version of PHP in your server. We recommend to use PHP 7.2 or 7.3 or at least 5.6 which is compatible.

Well it seems your template to reset to default instead of home template for which it wasn’t loading the slider. I’ve set it out & the slider is loading perfectly now.

Can you please re download the latest version & the check the blog-details.html page for this line. If you’re still having issues please provide us a temporary ftp access so that we can have a look at it.

Ok now I got it. The menu in dashboard portfolio is not made by us it must be coming from any 3rd party plugin. This is the page where our portfolio recides: http://dev.dynamicscapital.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=teriz_portfolio

If you go there & try to open a page you’ll see it’s not loading a 404 page instead it’ll load the page properly. You don’t need to use that portfolio or 3rd party plugin integration. You can use theme default portfolio system which is Teriz Portfolio. Hopefully this time you’ll understand.

Ok it seems one of your 3rd party plugin is causing the issues. I’ve deactivated “Head, Footer and Post Injections” plugin & it’s loading the donation page perfectly. Also one thing I would like to inform you that please try to upgrade your server. PHP version is currently 5.4 which is too low & you should upgrade to the latest version which we recommend also. Another thing is that you should update the theme to latest version which has latest security patches & other things. Please avoid using untrusted 3rd party plugins usage.
