• video player not connecting to youtube

    The video player is not working correctly. I’ve used the code from youtube correctly however get an error message of “www.youtube.com refused to connect”. The same thing happened last year and I needed you to fix it. I have not added any plug ins therefore shouldn’t be an issue with conflicts. Can you please tell me what is wrong so I don’t need to bother you when I add the rest of the videos? I already sent you a user name and password through my email for another issue. Please advise.

    Hi there,
    That one didn’t work. Can you paste your temporary access here in a private comment so that’s easier to get the creds. Please give your access here in a private comment so that no one can access your creds also.

    Hi there,
    I’ve figured out your issue in this section. Don’t use shorthand url of youtube like this: https://youtu.be/WNtdnnLaL04
    You should use full url which includes “watch?v=” parameter like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNtdnnLaL04
    I’ve updated the first video & it’s loading perfectly. Please check & update the data this way & it’ll work for sure.
