It was happening because you were using the old version of the theme. With the latest version we’ve already fixed the issue. Please check as I’ve updated the theme & plugin so the VC is working fine.

I don’t know but it seems in our demo the quantity is working perfectly. Did you do any customization or something else for which such thing is happening? Please check & try to install the latest version of our theme. I think for some customization on your end which has been done by your developer caused this. Please double check & try to install fresh theme so that you can understand whether its done by our theme or your developer. Hope you can understand.

Outdated files will not going to give you any issues. You can build up your site without any issue. Please go ahead & build up your site. Try to import the content using demo importer first so that we can have the site look like the demo & it’ll be easier for you to change.

Did you try what we suggested by deactivating all other plugins? Your server is too slow for which we are unable to access the site & check. It seems you have already added some videos.
