Don’t know why but I’m unable to access your website, it keeps loading & loading can’t visit the page. Can you please check that why I’m unable to access your website. I tried to access even with VPN & still I’m unable to access the webpage. Please check & let me know what’s going wrong on visiting your page. Do you’ve any specific target user from countries or something else?

Hi as suggested can you try the site on different host as I didn’t find any fault with the theme or plugin. Tried deactivating plugins also same issue so far I can suggest to check on different server whether you’re having issue or not. You can also try it on your localhost whether you’re having issues or not.

I’ve looked over your issue sir but so far I can’t find anything except cache or server issue. First time it happened to me also but after that it’s not occuring anymore & works like a charm. Don’t know why is this happening as there are no issue with the theme so far I got. Can you please try the site on other server for some test & check whether it still works or not. I’m definitely sure something is happening with your hosting or else the theme is working & every condition & logic is fine also. I tried the incognito mode & it’s working there also in my pc. As I’ve told you it’s not a theme issue. No other customer are complaining about this one also our demo it’s working totally fine. It’s on your server somehow it’s caching hopefully it’ll work from now on. I think you should contact with your host or try the theme on different host you’ll see there’s no problem with the theme. If there’s a problem with the theme we’d really help you & fix the issue but there’s no issue with the theme for which we’re not able to fix anything & refund is not a talk here as the product is totally fine. Please try to contact your host why the site always keeps caching or something. Please contact with your host.

Try to hard reload the page by hitting CTRL+F5 multiple time if its not works then you can do it the following way. First right click on the page & click inspect element then right click on reload button of the browser you’ll see “Empty cache & Hard reload” click on this one check the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/opmtty

By the way it doesn’t happen before with any of our client i think there must be some issue with your setting or hosting. I think your hosting is unable to set the cookies. Anyway send us the appropriate access so that we can have a look at the issue.

These things shouldn’t be happening. Can you please provide a temporary admin access to your website so that we can have a look at it. Please post your credentials in a private comment so that it’s visible to only us & you.

Hi we’re not able to access your site with VPN also. It keeps loading & loading. Anyway after watching the screenshot the menu is fine it’s in rtl not ltr. This is the way it looks actually. And about the event template well you can modify the template yourself by editing template-events.php file under page-templates folder. Or you can use language file to translate to your preferred languages.

To post an ad you’ve to login otherwise you won’t be able to post. I think you’ve issue with setting up the pages for which this is happening. I’d suggest you to import the demo content first by which you’ll get all the settings pre installed & it’d be easier for you to customize.

And about the mp3 both doesn’t seem to be like ended with proper file extension. Please upload the mp3 in your media of site & then try to paste the link in theme option so that it works properly.
