Maybe you are not a developer so that it looks terrible to you. You can easily get in CSS. EX: https://prnt.sc/10o2vpq

Any small letter can change to a capital letter using CSS. But when your writing starts using a capital letter, CSS will not make it small letter.

BTW, If you want all the letters will be small, then you need to change/add some CSS in your Child Theme CSS.
