You can send the admin access here simply using a private comment. When you post a reply with your credentials just ticket the box “Set as private reply” and that’ll be all.
Regarding the video background we can’t help you out as it’ll load all over the site & that’s how it’s designed. In that case we’ve to modify the whole system of playbit & adds an extra option field to load video or image on background for homepage only which will cost you as it’ll be under customization task. Only unmuting the video won’t cost you but other thing will for sure.

The dark version consists background video on all pages. It’ll work as a background everywhere in the site. You can’t help it. To unmute the video there are no direct way but to customize the js into the theme. If you want send us a temporary admin access so that we can unmute that video for you.

Great to hear that your issue is resoled. By the way to translate the content you need to use Poedit software to translate the strings to your german translation file. These are from addons so you need to translate the plugin teriz vc addons. Let us know if you need any more help.

SVG should work properly because .svg file can be used within
tag so it should load properly. In this case I think you’ve an issue with the server or something. Anyway can you please provide a temporary admin access to your site so that we can have a look at it & will reply if we find something.

We’ve google maps integrated but you’ve to use their API for the map to work. But it’ll only show on home version 4 which includes google map & only on that home version all of the ads will load on gmap check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/tc3zo5Regarding the 503 error I was trying to visit your site but it seems the site is not loading. We’d suggest you to deactivate all of the plugins that are not recommended by the theme & you’ll be able to see what’s causing the issue. A plugin or 3rd party scripts may be causing this issue as it’s loading perfectly on our end.
If you still want to get our help please provide temporary admin access to your site so that we can have a look at it. Post your credentials as private reply.

Yes we have plan on updating this theme & you’ll get the update hopefully by next week. We’re working on all of our product updates & this theme is inside our radar. So stay tuned once the theme is updated you’ll get notified.
By the way do you’ve any specific issues that you want us to have a look during this update. We’re collecting data from customers if there’s any issue we’ll be fixing those also within this update. So if you have any please do let us know.
