I think somehow you didn’t provided me administrator account for which I’m unable to access the appearance -> theme options part of your site. Also can you please link the blog page as I can see there’s no blog page available in the site settings. Please let me know the details.

Also we’ve updated our themes last week the version is 2.5.6 please try to update the theme also which will include latest security patches along with updated premium plugins & support for them.

Our theme is updated & you can download the latest version of the theme which fixes the pricing option. Others you can modify the template to your opinion.

About making the fields required or not it’s doable via changing the code in tpl-ads-form.php file

About the section that you want to hide this can also be hide from tpl-ads-form.php file. Wait for the update to come after that you should change what you need.

It shouldn’t be happening. Can you please update the theme to latest version & then check if it’s working or not. If it’s still not working please provide a temporary access to your WordPress dashboard so that we can have a look at the issue.

It seems you want to change the breadcrumb or heading image of this item. Well we don’t have option to set header image individually for shop items but you can change globally for all shop items from your theme option. Just go to Appearance->Teriz Options->WooCommerce Settings & from there scroll down to Single Shop Settings section & you’ll be able to change the header image. Also if you want to change for specific item then you need to use css in that case.

I think you’re uploading the package file please read the document clearly. First unzip the package file & then you’ll find Theme Files folder inside that folder you’ll be able to find the zipped version of the theme. By that you’ll also be able to install the theme properly. Hope this will help you. If not please feel free to let us know.
