About no 1 we’ll not be able to do that as it’s not a theme issue. We’ll not be able to help in any kind of customization as you’ve to pay for any sort of customization work.
About no 2 you’ve added multiple widgets which is also not a theme issue. You need to remove the widgets from sidebar from dashboard.
About no 3 you can do that by simply changing the position from Appearance->Menu in your dashboard.
If your developer is sick then you can always hire someone else who can do the job for you. You can also hire us if you want. Let us know your thoughts on this. We’ll not be able to help you here as it’s a customization issue not a theme issue. Hopefully you can understand. Thanks
