• wrong theme

    my client told me to install chariton theme on their new wordpress site, so I paid and downloaded this theme, but it turns out it’s the wrong theme… they wanted this one: http://pluginspoint.com/chariton/home-2/

    can I request a refund? Thank you for your understanding! it’s a beautiful theme, but I just don’t need it and have no use for it right now.

    Hi there,

    As per themeforest rules we’ll not be able to refund unless you’ve an issue with the theme. As you’ve purchased it mistakenly we’d suggest you to use it on other websites instead. Hopefully you can understand the situation here also.
