Your previous & current purchase code is not the same. Just check.

However, for search bar appearance, please check your server PHP version. It should be a minimum of 7.4.

Then try to make a fresh installation.

If not work, please give us your website URL and temporary admin access with FTP access.

For the Background color, you should go Appearance => Trade options => Styling.

Thanks. The installation is working fine with the search showing on the home page. However, I have 2 questions. (1.) When I ftp to the server or check on File Manager in Cpanel, I do not see any files on the domain. So I am asking where did you install the files?
2. How do I add more categories to the database.

# It seems that your files & folder remain the same as the previous. We did not change anything. Maybe you don’t know about file/folder structure. If so, you can learn about cPanel file/folder structure from google search. Also, you can get about WordPress file/folder structure there. Else, please contact your hosting provider.

# You can add/Remove categories from Dashboard => Advertisements => Categories.
