    Hi,
    I just wanted to check whether if the pages and all the forms include in the wordpress theme. Or is it just the theme and we have to create all the pages?

    Well all the pages are functionality of the theme. You need to set it up or if you import demo it’ll automatically create all the pages for you. Hopefully this will help you thanks.
