Did you select edit ads template file for edit page?
if yes kindly please provide your individual user & password information so that we can take a look your problem & will give you a proper solution.

Can’t find the access. Can you please provide a temporary access using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/ which will generate a link to login to your site without a password. Just share that & it’ll be all. Also if possible if you can give us a temporary user access with products added to check that out.
