• Playbit – Blank post pages and no call out

    Hi,

    I’m struggling to make your theme work.

    I’ve added several posts; create a page called ‘News’; and set the News page as the blog posts page. It shows the featured images and titles fine, however, when you click on a post link it just shows a blank page. I have tried turning off all plugins except for the Playbit Core plugin, and this makes no difference.

    I can see that the post is loading perfectly. Can you please check again whether you’re having issues or not?

    Hi,

    I’ve worked out that is displays OK if I untick “Show Breadcrumb”.
    The same thing happens with pages. If I untick “Show Breadcrumb” I just end up with a blank page!

    Can you provide a temporary admin access to your site & ftp access so that we can have a look at what’s going wrong with the theme? Please provide the access in a private reply here.

    Ok it seems if you don’t put the title in breadcrumb & you let the breadcrumb on it’s showing the error. Well if you want you’ve to either put on a title when letting the breadcrumb on & if you keep it off it’ll show perfectly.
