Are you using any 3rd party plugins? Can you deactivate every plugins that’s not recommended by our theme. If not if you’re using any cache plugin can you please try disabling cache for the moment & see whether it’s working or not. Otherwise please provide a temporary admin access to your website so that we can have a look at it. You can post the credentials here & set the comment as a private reply so that only you & admin can see that comment.
