Sorry that you’re having issue. By the way after the demo import completes did you check if every content is loading properly or not. I should remind you that the demo data won’t be able to import the charity posts as it was quite an issue with the development also importing the content otherwise the homepage or other pages, menus etc imports perfectly. Can you please check whether all the pages & products are imported or not. If not please let me know so that I can help you further.
